Little Miss Sunshine – Vodka
This vodka-based drink is a little ray of sunshine in a glass, with a base of Passionfruit and Rhubarb, which have been careful combined with Pineapple and Cranberry then finished with a citrus twist, will be sure to have you smiling all the way home.
Rhubarb & Custard – Gin
One of our most popular sellers, this elegant cocktail combines Tanqueray gin with Edinburgh’s own Rhubarb and Ginger liqueur. The pairing of spring crop rhubarb and oriental ginger creates an unforgettable combination of sweetness and spice which has a lingering warm feeling on the palate.
Leather Penicillin – Whisky
The Leather Penicillin combines Johnnie Walker Black and Dalwhinnie 15 yr., which are smooth to the palate, but having a warming smokiness on the finish. Combined with hints of sweet apple juice and honey, this cocktail takes on a multidimensional taste that is so versatile.
Gordon Street Frappe – Rum
The Espresso Martini is a classic in every bar around the world & it is a cocktail you can’t really go wrong with. What makes our Gordon Street Frappe different from all the rest, is that we get to use coffee that is roasted right here in Edinburgh. Gordon Street Coffee is based on Market Street and roast a unique blend, that you can only find at Angels Share. You cannot get more special than that.
